RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do everything we can to ensure you will be happy with your new order - but if for any reason you need to make a return or exchange please send an email to Support@GothicCurios.com for instructions.
If you're not happy or satisfied with an item in your order, you may send it back to us within 14 days from when you received the order.
- Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags.
- If your return is for damaged merchandise you can select to receive a replacement item, exchange or credit to your account. If your return is for undamaged* items, you will be given a credit on your account to apply to future orders.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not eligible.
- Earrings are not returnable, due to hygienic restrictions.
- Gift Cards are non-returnable and do not qualify for a refund.
- Shipping fees** will not be credited.
You will be notified via e-mail of your replacement, refund, or credit, once we've received and processed the returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to process your returned item/s. We always aim to be faster.
If an item is reported as damaged you may be asked to use our Expedited Photo Return system. We will send instructions on how to do this once your return request is received.
If your return is required to be sent back to our warehouse (Non-Expedited Photo Returns), you should expect to receive a replacement order within 14 days. If your return requires a refund, please allow up to 21 days. In many cases, these estimates will be much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request or for your replacement to be received (2 to 10 business days).
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or credit for items that are not in a re-sellable condition - regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not. Refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. Our determination is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it's returned to us. The return team's decision is final.
*Returns of undamaged or correctly shipped items, may incur a 15 – 25% restocking fee depending on the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging.
**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging undamaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Always retain proof of postage. Orders returned that received free shipping would receive a refund or credit minus the shipping fee.
